Interventionology's mission is to be a catalyst for positive social change. We achieve this by elevating marginalized voices and stories that often go untold, facilitating healing and justice through community truth-telling, and empowering advocates, leaders, and allies who can drive reform. Our work aims to bridge divides, shift perspectives, inspire activism, and strengthen communities.

Interventionology envisions a future where no stories are silenced and all voices are valued to inform and transform oppressive systems into ones centered on justice, equity, and the strength of diverse communities. We dream of a world where people are secure in their identities, open-hearted in listening to each other's truths, and united in pursuing solutions.

We value innovative ways of presenting research for everyone to understand and utilize. We have developed our organization purposefully to mirror the communities we serve.
