Interventionology's roots stem from a passionate calling to uplift voices through the power of human stories. Our leadership grew up at the intersection of communities facing complex injustices. This ignited our commitment to advocacy and belief in storytelling to build understanding between worlds. We have elevated these overlooked narratives—through research, training, writing, counseling, and speaking. Experiencing inequality within systems showed us progress requires embracing our shared culture. In 2023, united by a bold vision, Interventionology was founded to create spaces for storytelling, healing, and allyship. We train professionals, guide research, facilitate workshops, consult leaders, and partner with change-makers. At our core, we believe diverse voices cultivate empathy. This is why we exist—to open minds, hearts, and systems to justice through shared stories. Our roots ground us in this vision to drive change through cultural intersection.
